1.5 oz of Raptor Dark Rum

1/2 TB Dark Simple Syrup

3 Dash Orange Bitters


Method

Place the above in a shaker with ice, stir and strain over large ice cube in rock glass


Garnish

Pressed Orange Peel & Cherry


1 oz Raptor Dark Rum

6 oz Cola


Method

In a rock glass filled with ice, add rum and top with ginger beer


Garnish

Lime Wedge


5 or 6 Blackberries

5 or 6 Fresh Mint Leaves

1 1/2 oz Raptor White Rum

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

2 Lime Wedges


Method

Muddle the above together in martini shaker

Fill Tall rocks glass with ice

1 oz Raptor White Rum

2 oz Soda Water

Top with Muddled Mix


Garnish

Lime Wedge & Mint Sprig


1 1/2 oz Raptor White Rum

1/2 oz Honey

1 Lime Freshly Squeezed

Soda Water


Method

Shake Rum, Honey and Lime Juice in shaker with ice

Pour over ice in cocktail glass


Garnish

Lime Wheel


1 oz Raptor Spiced Rum

6 oz Ginger Ale


Method

Combine in a rocks glass filled with ice


Garnish

Lemon Wedge


1 oz Raptor Spiced Rum

1/2 oz Tripple Sec

4 oz Prosseco

2 oz Peach Nectar


Method

Shake all ingredients in martini shaker with ice

Strain & pour into cocktail glass full of ice


Garnish

1oz Red Wine Floated

Fuzzy Peach or Orange Wheel


Fun Fact:

This was invented sometime between the 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. Named the Bellini due to its pinkish color that reminded him of the toga of a saint in a painting by 15th century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini.

1 oz Orange Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Lime Juice


Method

Shake all ingredients in martini shaker with ice

Strain & pour into tall rocks glass full of ice

Fun Facts:

The Hurricane was invented in New Orleans in 1940's by tavern owner Pat O'Brien who needed a new to create a new drink so he could get rid of all of the less popular rum that local distributors forced him to buy before he could get a few cases of the good scotch and whiskeys. Served the creation in a hurricane lamp shaped glass and gave it to sailors where it became popular and has been a mainstay in the French Quater ever since.

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Campari

Method

Stir with Ice Gin, Vermouth & Campari for 30 seconds

Strain into Cocktail Glass w Ice


Garnish

1" Strip of Orange Peel


1 1/2 oz Herbivore Gin

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Crème de Cassis


Method

Shake Gin, Lemon Juice & Syrup in Shaker with ice until cold

Strain into Cocktail Glass w Ice


Garnish

Blackberry / Raspberry / Oramge Peel


2 oz Herbivore Gin

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Elderflower Cordial

Soda


Method

Shake Gin, Lemon Juice & Syrup w 4 ice cubes in shaker

Strain into Ice Filled Cocktail Glass & Top with Soda Water


Garnish

Rosemary Sprig & Lemon Wheel


2 oz Herbivore Gin

1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

Cracked Black Pepper

Method

Shake Gin & Vermouth over pepper & ice

Strain into Martini Glass

Cucumber slip or slice
