1/2 TB Dark Simple Syrup
3 Dash Orange Bitters
Method
Place the above in a shaker with ice, stir and strain over large ice cube in rock glass
Garnish
Pressed Orange Peel & Cherry
1 oz Raptor Dark Rum
6 oz Cola
Method
In a rock glass filled with ice, add rum and top with ginger beer
Garnish
Lime Wedge
5 or 6 Blackberries
5 or 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz Raptor White Rum
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 Lime Wedges
Method
Muddle the above together in martini shaker
Fill Tall rocks glass with ice
1 oz Raptor White Rum
2 oz Soda Water
Top with Muddled Mix

Shake Rum, Honey and Lime Juice in shaker with ice
Pour over ice in cocktail glass

6 oz Ginger Ale
Method
Combine in a rocks glass filled with ice
Garnish
Lemon Wedge
1 oz Raptor Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Tripple Sec
4 oz Prosseco
2 oz Peach Nectar
Method
Shake all ingredients in martini shaker with ice
Strain & pour into cocktail glass full of ice

Fun Fact:
This was invented sometime between the 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. Named the Bellini due to its pinkish color that reminded him of the toga of a saint in a painting by 15th century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini.

Fun Facts:
The Hurricane was invented in New Orleans in 1940's by tavern owner Pat O'Brien who needed a new to create a new drink so he could get rid of all of the less popular rum that local distributors forced him to buy before he could get a few cases of the good scotch and whiskeys. Served the creation in a hurricane lamp shaped glass and gave it to sailors where it became popular and has been a mainstay in the French Quater ever since.
